Product Compliance and Quality

Products uploaded to Bytedi must: - Comply with all applicable laws and regulations. - Not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Bytedi reserves the right to review, reject, or remove any product that violates these terms, is deemed inappropriate, or fails to meet quality standards.

Administrative Access

Bytedi reserves the right to access and review any product or service uploaded by vendors to ensure compliance with platform standards and policies.

If a product or service is found to be unethical, inappropriate, or non-compliant, Bytedi may remove such content without prior notice.

Pricing and Payments

Vendors have the discretion to set prices for their products, which must be in USD and include applicable taxes.

Bytedi will collect payments from customers on behalf of vendors.

Payments to vendors, minus applicable fees, will be processed according to Bytedi's payment schedule.

Terms for Vendors

1. Platform Provider Role

   Bytedi acts solely as a platform facilitating transactions. Vendors retain full ownership of their content and must comply with copyright and intellectual property laws.

2. Product Licensing and Enforcement

   Vendors must specify licensing terms for their products (e.g., single-use or commercial use). Any violations, such as unauthorized redistribution, must be addressed independently by vendors.

3. Prohibited Content

   Vendors may not upload or sell:

   - Illegal, fraudulent, or pirated content.

   - Content violating intellectual property laws.

   - Offensive, explicit, or harmful material.

   Bytedi reserves the right to remove such content and suspend accounts.

4. Refunds and Customer Disputes

   Vendors must handle disputes regarding product quality or functionality directly with customers. Bytedi does not guarantee refunds.

5. Compliance and Taxes

   Vendors are responsible for compliance with tax laws and ensuring product accuracy. Violations may result in withheld earnings or account suspension.

6. Vendor Data Protection

   Customer data obtained through transactions must only be used to fulfill orders. Any misuse may lead to account suspension or legal action.

Indemnification

Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bytedi, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of their use of Bytedi, including breaches of these terms.
